Fixed remuneration is linked to the responsibility of the role, to the level of individual competency. Variable remuneration is linked to a system of evaluation by objectives and rewards the work results achieved by the person both individually and in teams. Fringe benefits include insurance to cover death and permanent invalidity from extra-professional accidents and illness. In addition, Juventus S.p.A. provides discretional bonuses for excellence in performance that create value for the company.

The club has a remuneration policy for ‘other personnel ‘ (i.e. those not including players and technical staff). It is made up of a fixed part, a variable part, and fringe benefits.
