The project’s volunteers host between 200 and 500 young people each match and introduce them to various themes such supporting AJA, avoiding violence in stadiums, and dealing with opposing fans. A meeting with teachers and head coaches of all the school and youth teams has been held to inform, and ensure that children are picked to attend as a reward for their behaviour.

The “Family AJA” initiative was created by AJ Auxerre and its Fan Club. It is an educational project that supports the fight against violence and racism inside and outside of stadiums. The project targets youth from disadvantaged areas and active youth at football clubs, schools, colleges and others.
